Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Bhopal. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and algorithms. Daily tasks include solving complex problems related to pattern recognition, building neural network models, and analyzing statistical data. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply machine learning solutions to real-world applications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, and Neural Networks
• Solid foundation in Computer Science, Algorithms, and Statistics
• Experience with developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
• Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or SKLearn
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

AI / ML Engineer – Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models for real-world applications
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, patterns, and predictive signals
• Build, train, test, and optimize ML models (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning)
• Develop data preprocessing pipelines, feature engineering, and model evaluation workflows
• Integrate ML models into production systems via APIs and microservices
• Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, drift, and retrain models as needed
• Implement NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation systems where applicable
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI solutions
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends
