Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer
Tecnomi is looking for a sharp, hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Indore. We are scaling our AI capabilities and need someone who can design, train, and deploy sophisticated models into production environments.
This is a strictly on-site (WFO) role. We are looking for candidates who are already in Indore or are ready to relocate immediately.
Mandatory Specialised Skills
Beyond standard ML practices, this role requires specific expertise in:
- Low Latency Coding: Ability to write highly optimized, production-ready code where execution speed is critical.
- Signal Processing: Managing signal sending and receiving, specifically accounting for signal decay and noise in real-time streams.
- Complex Modeling: Deep knowledge of combination models (hybrid architectures and ensembles) for multi-layered problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Lifecycle: Design, build, and optimize ML models for prediction, classification, and recommendation.
- Production Deployment: Deploy and maintain models using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
- Data Engineering: Handle preprocessing, feature engineering, and pipeline automation.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct performance evaluations, A/B testing, and research state-of-the-art NLP/Generative AI techniques.
Required Experience
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional ML development and deployment.
- Stack: Python (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) and TensorFlow / PyTorch.
- Infrastructure: Experience with Docker, API integration, and MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring).
- Database: Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
