We’re a consulting firm that helps family-run businesses go from chaos to control. Our clients include college groups, property companies, and manufacturing firms. We walk into their offices, find every manual process, and automate it.

What you’ll do:

• Visit client sites and spot automation opportunities

• Build workflows using n8n, Make.com, Python, AI APIs (Claude/OpenAI)

• Integrate Tally, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, Telegram into automated pipelines

• Train client staff to use what you build

• Ship real automations every week, not write reports about them

Who you are:

• 1–3 years experience (or a killer portfolio with zero formal experience)

• You’ve built at least one automation that actually runs somewhere

• Comfortable talking to a college principal AND debugging an API

• Based in Calicut with a bike/scooter for client visits

• You get restless when you see people doing things manually

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + travel reimbursement

Location: Calicut office (on-site, not remote)
