About the Job

Key Responsibilities

Production Support & Operations

  • Understand production system and create/update dashboards, alerts, and logs to proactively identify issues
  • Provide L2/L3 production support for digital commerce, supply chain and Launch
  • Triage incidents, assess business impact, and lead or support incident resolution
  • Coordinate with engineering, platform, and vendor teams during incidents and major outages
  • Participate in major incident bridges, war rooms, and post‑incident reviews
  • Validate fixes, support releases, and conduct production smoke testing
  • Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and production support documentation

Automation & Engineering

  • Identify manual, repetitive, or error‑prone operational processes suitable for automation
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA and scripting tools
  • Automate production support activities such as monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and alerts
  • Prior experience using Cursor for automation development.
  • Build automations using Java, Python, Node or RPA platforms
  • Integrate automations with APIs, databases, files, and enterprise systems
  • Support automation UAT, production deployment, and post‑go‑live stability
  • Maintain automation documentation, design artifacts, and governance standards
  • Enhance and maintain existing automations to improve reliability and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in production support, automation, or software engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of incident management and ITIL processes
  • Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, SignalFx, etc.)
  • Proficiency in at least one automation or scripting language/tool (Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Experience working with APIs, REST/JSON, databases, and file‑based integrations
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Ability to work in rotational support models
  • Be Flexible with the working hours to interact with other onshore teams (North America, Europe, Australia and China)
