Role Overview:
We’re seeking hands-on Java + Python Developers with telecom domain exposure. The role requires building and optimizing scalable systems, integrating with complex network platforms, and supporting business-critical telecom functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Python
- Build APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with OSS/BSS systems
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams
- Write clean, well-tested code and conduct code reviews
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability
- Troubleshoot production issues and support RCA
- Drive automation and modernization initiatives
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong Java and Python development experience
- REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture
- Relational + NoSQL DBs
- OSS/BSS workflows or network provisioning
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and ownership
Good-to-Have:
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kafka/Spark
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Network / 4G / 5G knowledge
Experience & Work Arrangement:
