🚀Lead Dev Ops Engineer - AWS

Exp required: 7+ years (Permanent)

Loc: Pune/Nashik

Core responsibilities

• Consolidate CI/CD so every team uses the same, fast path to production
• Keep environments consistent and secure and enable quick rollbacks when needed
• Set release safety nets, such as automated smoke tests, gradual rollouts, clear go/no-go gates
• Build meaningful monitoring and alerts, with a focus on shortening time to detect and fix issues
• Cut build times and cloud spend

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years in DevOps/SRE or similar roles for consumer web or mobile products
• Strong CI/CD experience and a track record of simplifying complex pipelines
• Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, automation, security basics, and cost control
• Comfort supporting mobile app builds as well as web/services
• Clear written communication; you document, teach, and lead during incidents
• Bias to action: you instrument, automate, and leave teams with paved roads
