🚀Lead Dev Ops Engineer - AWS
Exp required: 7+ years (Permanent)
Loc: Pune/Nashik
Core responsibilities
- Consolidate CI/CD so every team uses the same, fast path to production
- Keep environments consistent and secure and enable quick rollbacks when needed
- Set release safety nets, such as automated smoke tests, gradual rollouts, clear go/no-go gates
- Build meaningful monitoring and alerts, with a focus on shortening time to detect and fix issues
- Cut build times and cloud spend
Qualifications
- 7 to 10+ years in DevOps/SRE or similar roles for consumer web or mobile products
- Strong CI/CD experience and a track record of simplifying complex pipelines
- Solid grasp of cloud infrastructure, automation, security basics, and cost control
- Comfort supporting mobile app builds as well as web/services
- Clear written communication; you document, teach, and lead during incidents
- Bias to action: you instrument, automate, and leave teams with paved roads
