𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
✔Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB , Express.js , React.js , and Node.js .
✔Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX , QA, and Project Managers.
✔Break down requirements into tasks, estimate timelines, and manage sprint planning.
✔Troubleshoot application issues, implement enhancements, and optimize performance.
✔Guide team members through technical challenges and support skill development.
✔Ensure project deadlines, quality standards, and development processes are met.
✔Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :
✔Strong hands-on experience in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
✔Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), RESTAPIs , and asynchronous programming.
✔Experience with Git , CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments AWS / Azure preferred).
✔Experience with state management libraries Redux , Context API.
✔Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
✔Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 :
✔Knowledge of TypeScript
✔Experience with GraphQL
✔Familiarity with Docker , Kubernetes
✔Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies
✔Understanding of DevOps concepts
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
