Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Engineer specializing in Playwright with 6+ years of experience, located in Chennai. The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans to identify issues and ensure the quality and performance of software applications. Day-to-day tasks include performing manual testing, creating comprehensive test cases, documenting and tracking defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Execution, Test Cases, and Software Testing
- Strong knowledge and experience with Quality Assurance processes and principles
- Expertise in Manual Testing techniques and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with automation tools, especially Playwright, is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams in an on-site setting
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
