We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes Specialist) to design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes operations, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code, and observability. You will work closely with development and architecture teams to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and system performance.
Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters
Operate and maintain containerized workloads ensuring high availability and scalability
Develop, manage, and optimize Helm charts and Terraform modules
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines for multiple services
Implement and manage observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and tracing
Ensure infrastructure security hardening and compliance with best practices
Optimize cluster performance, autoscaling, and cloud cost efficiency
Collaborate with development and architecture teams to streamline deployment workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues in production environments
Requirements
5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering
Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes in production
Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation
Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional engineering teams
