Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer(Frontend)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end solutions using React.js and related technologies.
- Architect complex user interfaces and manage application state using modern React patterns (Hooks, Context API, Redux, etc.). Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to turn product vision into exceptional user experiences.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce frontend standards across the team.
- Stay current with the latest trends in frontend development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ features and patterns.
- Deep understanding of React fundamentals: JSX, Virtual DOM, Component Lifecycle, Hooks, Props, and State Management.
- Strong experience integrating with RESTful APIs and building responsive, mobile-first web applications.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors (SASS/SCSS); good eye for UI/UX and attention to detail. Experience with frontend tooling: Babel, Webpack, NPM/Yarn, ESLint, Prettier.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and E2E tools like Cypress or Playwright.
- Good grasp of version control using Git and branching strategies. Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2 and JWT. Bonus:
- Experience with SSR/Next.js, micro-frontends, or frontend performance monitoring tools.
