About The Role:

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can bridge product design and marketing creativity. This role requires someone who not only designs intuitive user experiences but also creates visually compelling graphics and motion assets that elevate our brand and product storytelling.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to craft seamless user journeys and high-impact visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

UX/UI Design

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries

Graphic & Marketing Design

• Design marketing creatives for social media, ads, landing pages, and campaigns
• Create brand-consistent visuals across all channels
• Work with marketing teams to translate ideas into high-performing creatives

Motion Design

• Create engaging animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics
• Develop product walkthroughs, explainer videos, and promotional content
• Enhance UX with motion to improve usability and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in UX/UI design + graphic design + motion design

Strong portfolio showcasing product design + marketing creatives

Proficiency in tools like:

• Figma / Adobe XD
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• After Effects / Lottie / Principle (or similar motion tools)

Solid understanding of:

• User-centered design principles
• Interaction design & usability best practices
• Design systems and responsive design

Experience working in fast-paced product/startup environments

Good To Have

• Experience in real estate / fintech / SaaS products
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for developer collaboration
• Familiarity with branding and storytelling strategies
• Experience with Lottie animations or micro-interactions in apps
