Role Summary
- We are looking for a Senior AEM MERN Stack Developer with strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern JavaScript technologies.
- The role involves building and maintaining enterprise‑grade CMS solutions along with frontend and backend integrations using the MERN stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
- Develop and customize:
- AEM components
- Templates
- Dialogs
- Workflows
- Create and maintain OSGi services and Sling Models
- Work extensively with HTL / Sightly
- Configure and support Dispatcher, MSM, and content replication
- Develop and integrate React‑based frontends with AEM
- Build and consume backend services using Node.js
- Collaborate with UI, backend, and DevOps teams
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
- Proficiency in:
- OSGi
- Sling Models
- HTL / Sightly
- AEM component development
- Experience with:
- AEM workflows
- MSM (Multi‑Site Manager)
- Dispatcher
- Experience in MERN stack, including:
- React
- Node.js
- Express
- MongoDB (or similar databases)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs
- Good problem‑solving and debugging skills
Preferred / Good to Have Skills
- Experience with AEM Headless or SPA Editor
- Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
