Job Description: AI/ML Engineer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with deep expertise in advanced Python programming and leading AI/ML frameworks. Experience with autogen, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions for real-world applications.
Build and optimize data pipelines, ensuring efficient data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Implement and maintain ML workflows using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others.
Develop and integrate solutions using autogen, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex for advanced AI applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to deliver robust AI-powered products.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed models and AI systems.
Document development processes, model architecture, and findings forinternal knowledge sharing.
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including emerging frameworks and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Python, including best practices for large-scale, production-grade code.
Deep experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others.
Proven expertise in autogen, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex frameworks.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), and statistical modeling.
Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
