Job Description
The contingent worker will work standard business hours with flexibility for global collaboration and participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews). About 70–80% of their time will focus on engineering and implementation tasks such as onboarding alert integrations, improving triaging logic, and testing. The remaining 20–30% will involve documentation, rollout support, and coordination with partner teams. Work will be managed through a prioritized backlog for predictable delivery. The role requires daily interaction with the IAH engineering team and regular collaboration with LEP engineering, SRE, and operations stakeholders, balancing close coordination for design and rollout with independent task execution.
