💻 Hiring: Full-Stack MERN Developer (Remote | 4+ years exp | ₹13–18 LPA | Immediate Joiners Preferred)

💼 Job Role: Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack

Experience: 4+ years (excluding internships)

Salary Range: ₹13–18LPA (depending on experience & skill)

Location: Remote

Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

🔍 What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze complex business requirements and break them down into technical tasks
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Express/Fastify, and MongoDB
• Design and develop REST APIs, integrate third-party apps (like payment/SMS gateways)
• Write optimized MongoDB queries and handle background jobs (queues, schedulers, etc.)
• Develop reusable React components and work with UI libraries like Tailwind, Bootstrap
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and work independently in a remote-first team

💡 What You Should Bring Frontend:

• React.js: Experience with hooks, reusable components
• Next.js: Bonus if you’ve built SSR/SSG apps
• HTML, CSS, JS: Responsive design skills a must
• Bonus: Redux, Tailwind, Bootstrap

Backend:

• Node.js: Deep understanding with real-world experience
• Express / Fastify: Either is fine, but must be confident
• MongoDB: Strong hands-on with performance optimization
• Background Jobs: Used queues (like BullMQ or Agenda)? Great!
• API Work: Designed and consumed complex REST APIs
• Integrations: Experience with payment/SMS/other third-party APIs

General:

• Excellent communication & analytical thinking
• Able to deep dive into requirements and offer smart solutions
• Work independently with ownership and accountability
